HS Distribution Pty Ltd came about when Harry, who had spent years working in a corporate sales environment, decided he wanted to pursue his dreams and follow his passion for quality, fine foods.

In 2001, from humble beginnings, Harry took the plunge and bought a food distribution run. After many years, he knew he wanted to do more, and set out to create his own range. Ambrosia Bakehouse was born from a love of quality food and entertaining. From there, La Fornaia was introduced – bringing traditional European-style treats to Australian homes, a nod to Harry’s roots and upbringing.

Now known affectionately in the industry as “The Gingerbread Man”, Harry has built HS Distribution Pty Ltd into a trusted supplier of premium food products. His focus remains the same: exceptional service, building strong relationships and providing quality goods.
